Adani Enterprises Reports ₹7,688 Crore EBITDA in H1 FY26, Announces ₹25,000 Crore Rights Issue

Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, announced its H1 FY26 results, reporting strong operational performance driven by infrastructure expansion and new business investments.

🔹 Financial Highlights (H1 FY26)

  • Revenue: ₹44,281 crore
  • EBITDA: ₹7,688 crore
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹2,281 crore (excluding exceptional gain of ₹3,583 crore)
  • Profit After Tax: ₹3,933 crore — up 23% year-on-year

The Board has also approved a Rights Issue of ₹25,000 crore to further strengthen the balance sheet and support the next phase of growth.

🏗️ Key Business Developments

  • Navi Mumbai International Airport was inaugurated on October 8, 2025, marking a major milestone for India’s aviation infrastructure. Operations are set to begin in Q3 FY26.
  • The company completed its 7th operational road project, the Nanasa-Pidgaon stretch in Madhya Pradesh.
  • AEL secured three new road projects and two water projects, adding a cumulative order book of ₹19,982 crore.
  • AdaniConnex, AEL’s data center JV, has partnered with Google to develop India’s largest AI Data Center campus in Visakhapatnam.

  • Airports: EBITDA up 51% YoY to ₹2,157 crore; business now generating over ₹1,000 crore per quarter.
  • ANIL (Adani New Industries): Continued strong performance with module sales of 1 GW per quarter and expansion of 6 GW new capacity underway.
  • Roads & Mining Services: Construction and dispatch volumes rose sharply; mining services up 29% YoY.
