MAN Industries (India) Limited has taken a major step toward expanding its global footprint by signing a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. The agreement, signed on November 19, 2025, focuses on long-term supply of MAN’s product range and exploring advanced manufacturing opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What the MoU Covers
This five-year agreement sets the stage for deeper collaboration in the energy and infrastructure space. Key areas include:
- Exploring a new steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia through MAN or its subsidiaries
- Developing advanced technologies and capabilities to support oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial needs across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the Middle East
- Strengthening supply chain partnerships, ensuring long-term access to MAN’s API-grade large-diameter carbon steel pipes
