Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has announced its first interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26. The Board of Directors has approved a dividend of ₹6 per equity share of face value ₹5 each, representing 120%.
The company has fixed Friday, 14 November 2025, as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend.
ONGC has confirmed that the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration.
