Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) has announced an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, approved a dividend of ₹5.75 per equity share (face value ₹10 each), amounting to a total payout of ₹65.87 crore.
The dividend has been declared from the company’s profits for the half year ended 30 September 2025.
The Board has also fixed Tuesday, 11 November 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend.
