September 29, 2025: CyberTech Systems and Software Limited has announced a special dividend of ₹20 per equity share (face value ₹10) in celebration of its 30 years of operations, amounting to a total payout of ₹62.26 crore.
The record date for this dividend is set as Monday, October 6, 2025, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
The decision was approved in the Board Meeting held today from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM IST.
