Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited has announced an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26. The Board of Directors has approved a dividend of ₹5.40 per equity share (representing 540%) of face value Re.1 each, fully paid up.
The company has confirmed that the interim dividend will be paid on or before December 5, 2025.
Company has fixed Thursday, November 13, 2025, as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend.
