The acquisition marks TVS Motor’s 100% ownership of Engines Engineering S.p.A., which has a strong reputation in MotoGP racing, high-performance motorcycle design, and advanced prototyping. This move reinforces TVS Motor’s commitment to delivering premium, connected, and electric mobility solutions for global markets.
