Ola Electric has announced a major expansion of its Hyperservice platform, turning it into an open ecosystem for EV spare parts and servicing across India. The move allows customers, garages, and independent mechanics to directly access Ola’s genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and technician training programs, redefining how electric vehicles are serviced in the country.

🔧 Genuine Spare Parts Now Available to All

Starting today, Ola Electric’s genuine spare parts can be purchased directly through the Ola Electric Customer App and official website. This eliminates middlemen and provides both customers and independent service providers with direct access to high-quality, certified components.

This marks the beginning of what the company calls a new era of “service freedom” for over a million Ola customers, empowering them to choose where and how they service their vehicles.

🧰 Opening the EV Service Ecosystem

The company stated that Phase 1 of Hyperservice will include access to key spare parts, while subsequent phases will introduce diagnostic tools and technician certification programs. The end goal is to create a fully open and accessible ecosystem for EV maintenance and repair.

Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ola Electric, said:

“We have built our service ecosystem from first principles, using technology to make it fast, transparent, and efficient. With the Hyperservice scale-up, we are opening this capability to everyone. Genuine parts, full transparency, and no middlemen — this is true service freedom, only possible in a D2C model.”

💼 Strengthening Ola’s Business Model

By expanding Hyperservice, Ola Electric is strengthening its high-margin parts and accessories vertical, which contributes to the company’s unit economics and profitability. Opening the supply chain to a wider market is expected to drive higher volumes and scalability, creating a more sustainable business model as its EV customer base continues to grow rapidly.

🔩 Empowering India’s Garage Network

This initiative is also designed to empower India’s vast garage ecosystem. Mechanics and small workshops across the country can now self-train on Ola vehicles, become Ola-certified, and upskill in EV technologies.

This could open new income opportunities and help build a strong network of skilled EV technicians, supporting India’s growing shift toward electric mobility.

🌐 Part of Ola’s “India Inside” Strategy

The Hyperservice platform is a key part of Ola Electric’s “India Inside” strategy, which focuses on building open, scalable, and domestically integrated platforms across EV batteries, software, and now — after-sales and service infrastructure.

With this move, Ola Electric challenges traditional dealer-dependent service models by connecting customers, garages, and its supply chain directly. The result is a service model that emphasizes convenience, affordability, and trust.
