Brigade Group has announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a new premium residential project in Begumpet, one of Hyderabad’s most established and centrally located neighbourhoods. The project spans around 3 acres of prime land and offers a development potential of approximately 0.5 million sq. ft. Brigade expects the project to generate revenue exceeding ₹800 crore. Designed as a contemporary residential community, the development will feature modern, well-planned homes aimed at today’s urban families.
The project’s strategic location provides quick access to major business districts, transport links, and social infrastructure, reinforcing Brigade’s focus on creating thoughtfully positioned urban living spaces.
