Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (formerly Tata Motors Limited) announced that the equity shares of Tata Motors Limited (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited) have received approval for listing and trading on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
This development follows the Composite Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, through its orders dated August 25, 2025, and September 10, 2025.
The company confirmed that trading in these shares will commence effective November 12, 2025.
This marks another significant step in the restructuring and streamlining efforts within the Tata Motors group, enhancing transparency and shareholder value.
