Global Health Limited, popularly known as Medanta, has announced the start of construction for its upcoming 400+ bed super-speciality hospital in Guwahati, Assam. The project marks a major step towards bringing world-class healthcare to India’s Northeast region.
The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony was held on Friday, graced by the Honourable Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, and Dr. Naresh Trehan, Chairman and Managing Director of Medanta. Other dignitaries, including Pankaj Sahni, Group CEO of Medanta, were also present.
