Awfis Space Solutions Limited, India’s largest and first publicly listed flexible workspace provider, has expanded its footprint in Mumbai with the launch of a new 50,000 sq. ft. centre at Supreme Business Park, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai—one of the city’s most upscale and well-connected business districts.
With this addition, Awfis now operates 35 centres across Mumbai, covering approximately 1.04 million sq. ft. and serving a diverse client base across sectors and business sizes.
The new Powai centre is already occupied by Howden Insurance Brokers India Pvt. Ltd., a leading insurance and reinsurance intermediary, which has leased ~36,000 sq. ft. for a 60-month period—signifying its long-term commitment to Awfis’ workspace solutions.

India’s corporate real estate market remains buoyant, with Mumbai accounting for nearly 20% of national office space demand growth. The flexible workspace segment is expected to expand further, driven by rising interest in ESG-compliant, sustainable, and tech-enabled offices.
