October 3, 2025 — Patanjali Foods Limited announced that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India.
The MoU, part of the investment promotion activity for World Food India 2025, outlines a proposed investment of up to ₹1,000 crore. The investment will be directed towards projects in the food processing sector, subject to financial evaluation, corporate approvals, and statutory clearances.
Patanjali Foods noted that the details of the investment may evolve as individual projects are assessed. The company also stated that further disclosures will be made once terms and conditions are finalized.
