October 3, 2025 – Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) division has secured new orders worth more than ₹5,000 crore across India.
Mega IT Park in Bengaluru
One of the key orders comes from a reputed multinational company for the development of one of the largest proposed IT parks in Bengaluru, covering 5.9 million sq. ft.
- The project will be delivered in two phases on a turnkey basis.
- It will include six towers (14 storeys each) with a shared three-level basement, ground floor, ten upper floors, and a terrace.
- The IT Park is designed to meet USGBC Platinum rating under LEED certification, highlighting its sustainable and energy-efficient design.
The scope of work includes civil structures, façade glazing, architectural lighting, interiors, electromechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, elevators, ELV, etc.), a GIS substation, solar power systems, LPG gas bank, water treatment plants, sewage systems, underground tanks, stack parking, and external landscaping.
Mixed-Use Project in Mumbai
L&T’s B&F unit has also bagged another order from a reputed developer to build a mixed-use development project in Mumbai, to be executed within 45 months.
