Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) recorded its highest-ever domestic SUV sales penetration in September 2025, fueled by GST 2.0 reforms and festive demand. Total sales reached 70,347 units, comprising 51,547 domestic units and 18,800 exports, marking a 10% increase over September 2024.
The SUV segment contributed 72.4% of domestic sales, with CRETA achieving a record 18,861 units and VENUE posting its highest monthly sales in 20 months at 11,484 units. Exports grew 44% YoY, emphasizing HMIL’s global manufacturing strength.
