September 30, 2025: Pricol Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BOE Varitronix Limited, a Hong Kong-based display technology company, to collaborate on localizing optical bonding of LCD/TFT displays in India.
The MoU aims to support 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, commercial, and off-road vehicles, with an initial focus on Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) bonding. Future phases may include additional backend assembly activities to strengthen domestic capabilities.
